Meet Tracey

Hello, my name is Tracey Miller. I have served as an Honorary Commander at the Dover Air Force Base, a Committee Member for the PAC (Metropolitan Planning Organizations Public Action Committee), a City Counselor Chair of the Ways and Means Committee, Chair of the Capital Finance Committee, as well as a board member on the Kent County Board of Assessment Review. My career speaks volumes about my dedication to serving all community members. I work full-time for Forward Journey Adult Day Services as the Director of Development.

I live in Wyoming with my wife, Dr. Christie Miller, and our two daughters, McKelden, who just graduated from CR and is heading to The University of Delaware Honors program in the fall. Zella is currently attending CR as an incoming senior. Additionally, we share our home with our three fur babies.

To me, public service is about helping people. From advocating for safer communities - to fighting for lower-cost housing, better-paying jobs, and a stronger education system - I believe politics should be about working together and building a better future full of hope and opportunity for all our families.

  • Tracey immediately proved to be an indispensable member of our team. She is a polished, well-spoken leader who earned the respect of all the providers, staff, and patients alike.

  • Tracy is passionate about building connections and creating a collaborative environment throughout all her work. Her in-depth knowledge of her community is impressive and speaks volumes about her care and compassion for Delawareans.

Director of Operations, Dedicated to Women

  • I have a lot of respect for Tracey. She's a caring individual who is always ready to help out. Tracey is my female vice chair, so she leads the committee when I'm not around or takes on my responsibilities. I've known her for a few years and I've seen how she confidently handles different situations. I'm also impressed by her understanding of local government and her positive approach to making a difference.
